No Lock In Contracts or Maintenance PlansWebHedz do not lock our clients into support contracts or monthly maintenance plans because we find that with proper training our clients do not need to pay a monthly or annual fee for a service that they may not need to avail themselves of constantly. Rather we provide timely telephone and email support between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, Melbourne time. Telephone support is available in 15 minute blocks only and is charged at $44 (incl. GST) per 15 minutes. If the support required is expected to take more than 15 minutes we offer our email support service at the more cost effective rate of $33 (incl. GST) per 15 minutes. However clients are certainly welcome to avail themselves of our email support only at the saving rate. Please note that WEBHEDZ does not provide training over the phone in sessions greater than 15 minutes at a time.
